How to request a return
1. Send an email to support@loulouis.no. Include your order number and a description of why you want to return the item.

2. We will review your request and send you a confirmation if the return is approved.

3. When your return is approved, the item must be packed unused and in the original packaging. Attach the return label to the package and deliver it to your nearest post office.

No return fee for new orders
If you order a new item within 24 hours of the return shipment, the return fee of NOK 39 will not be deducted from your refund.

Right of return
You have 30 days to return the item from the date of purchase. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Lost return label?
If you have lost the return label, contact us at support@loulouis.no and we will send you a new one.
