How to request a return

Extended return policy for all Christmas gifts! Orders with a purchase date from November 1st can be exchanged until January 14th.

How to request a return

1. Send an email to support@loulouis.no with your order number, and attach a picture of the item and a brief explanation of why you want to return it.
2. Wait for confirmation from us.
3. If the return is approved, pack the unused item in the original packaging, attach the return label to the package and deliver it to your nearest post office.

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. A return fee of 49 NOK will be deducted from the refund upon refund.

Refunds and gift cards

We offer a full refund or a gift card of the same value within 14 days of purchase. If you choose a gift card, you will be exempt from the 49 NOK return fee. Between 14 and 30 days, we only offer gift cards equal to the value of the product, with a refund fee of 49 NOK. After 30 days, no refunds or gift cards will be given, except in extreme cases.

Order after return

If you place a new order within 24 hours of sending the return, no return fee will be charged.
