2-year warranty

At Loulouis we pride ourselves on the quality of our jewelry and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects that may occur within the warranty period.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects: We cover damage due to manufacturing defects, including weakening of the metal, stones falling out, or closure mechanisms that do not function properly.

Repair or replacement: If your jewelry can be repaired, we will do so at no charge. If repair is not possible, we will replace the jewelry with an identical product. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a gift certificate of equivalent value.

    What is not covered by the warranty?

    Normal wear and tear: Scratches, bent rings, worn gold plating or broken chains as a result of normal use.

    Loss or accident: Lost jewelry or damage as a result of an accident.
    Improper use or storage: Damage caused by improper storage or use.

    Third-party modifications: Any modifications or repairs performed by a third party not authorized by Loulouis will void the warranty.

      How to claim the warranty?

      If you experience a problem with your jewelry within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the problem. We will then guide you through the process of returning your jewelry to us so that we can repair or replace it as necessary.

      If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the jewelry. If this is not possible, we will offer you a gift certificate for the equivalent value of the original purchase. We do not issue refunds for warranty claims.

      In order for us to continue to improve, we require all defective jewelry to be sent back to us for inspection and quality control.

      Please note that this guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law.
