Important Points about Shipping and Returns

• Free shipping: On orders over 2500,- to pick-up location. Delivery to mailbox is free. Delivery in 1-4 days.
• Easy returns: A pre-filled return label is included in the package.
• 30-day return policy: On all orders. We offer a full refund or gift card of the same value within 14 days. If you choose a gift card, you will not be charged the return fee of 49,-. Between 14 and 30 days, we only offer gift cards corresponding to the value of the product, with a refund fee of 49,-. After 30 days, no refunds or gift cards will be given, except in extreme cases.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns within 14 days will be offered a full refund. Returns within 15-30 days will be offered a gift card equivalent to the value.

In order to return the item, it must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please note that a return fee of 49,- will be deducted from your refund. If you place a new order within 24 hours of sending the return, the return fee will not be charged.

Extended Christmas return policy

We have extended our return period for Christmas gifts. Purchases made from November 1st can be returned until January 14th, provided that the general return requirements are maintained.

Injuries and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as jewelry with wear from normal use, used earrings, gift cards, and customized products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific piece of jewelry.

Swaps

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process your refund.
