Our 2-year warranty repairs or replaces your jewelry without any hassle. This warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects that may occur within the warranty period.
What does the warranty cover?
- Manufacturing defects such as weakening of the metal, stones falling out, or closing mechanisms that do not function properly.
- Repair or replacement if your jewelry can be repaired. If not, we will replace it with an identical product or offer a gift certificate of equivalent value.
What is not covered?
- Normal wear and tear, loss or accident, improper storage, or third-party repairs.

Our jewelery is made of sterling silver and plated with either 18k gold, rhodium or 999 fine silver. If you take good care of them, the jewelery will retain its beauty and shine for many years. Here are some useful tips.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
1. To prevent scratches and oxidation, store the jewelry separately in an airtight bag or in the original box when not in use.
2. Take off your jewelery when you bathe, wash your hands or exercise. This way you also retain the gold coating for longer.
3. To restore and preserve the jewelry's natural shine, it is recommended to use a soft, dry cloth made of 100% cotton for gentle polishing. Avoid using chemical polishes.
