Extended return period during the holiday season
Orders placed from 1 November may be returned until 14 January, provided that all standard return conditions are met.

Register your return within the return period to choose an exchange for a different size or another product of equal value
How to make a return

Log in using the email address you used at checkout

Select the order you wish to return

Click the three dots next to the product and choose “Request a return”

Select a return reason and feel free to leave a short comment
(This helps us process your return faster) -
Wait for approval
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the package back
Returns within the EU (UPS)
All returns from EU countries are handled via UPS.
How to return your order

Submit a return request via your customer account

Once approved, we will send you a UPS return label by email

Print the label and attach it securely to the package
(Please remove or cover any old shipping labels)
You may return the package by:

dropping it off at a UPS Access Point / Service Point, or
-
booking a UPS pickup from your address
Return fee
Returns from EU countries are subject to a return fee of 199 NOK.
This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused
-
All original packaging must be included
(jewellery box, pouch, cards, etc.)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be delayed or rejected.
Return processing
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please note that transport time may affect the overall processing time.

In the same condition as when received
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
You only need to register your return within the first 14 days to be eligible for a full refund — the package may arrive back to us after this period.
Klarna orders
If you paid with Klarna, we recommend registering the return in the Klarna app so your invoice is paused while the package is in transit.
Warranty – 2 years
All purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.
