Shipping within the EU

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Norway.

Each piece is carefully packed and dispatched from our Norwegian warehouse, ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience from start to finish.

For customers within the EU, we use the IOSS system (Import One Stop Shop) to make deliveries as seamless and predictable as possible, without unexpected charges upon delivery.

📦 EU Shipping (UPS)

  • Free shipping on all orders

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

All EU orders are shipped with UPS and include full tracking.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak periods such as holidays.

⚠️ Important information for EU customers (IOSS regulations)

EU regulations require that orders shipped using the IOSS system do not exceed an intrinsic value of 150 EUR (excluding VAT).

What does this mean?

  • Orders under 150 EUR are shipped via IOSS
    → VAT is collected at checkout
    → The parcel clears customs smoothly without:

    • additional import VAT

    • handling fees

    • customs delays

    • unexpected extra costs

In short, IOSS makes the delivery fast, secure, and fully predictable.

Orders exceeding 150 EUR

If your order exceeds the 150 EUR IOSS threshold, it is not covered by IOSS regulations.

This means:

  • VAT is not charged at checkout

  • VAT and any applicable import charges are instead collected upon delivery, in accordance with EU import regulations

This is completely normal and follows current EU customs rules.

We share this information simply to ensure transparency and to help you avoid any surprises when receiving your order.
