2-year warranty

At Loulouis we are proud of the quality of our jewelry, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or material faults that may occur within the warranty period.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects: We cover damage due to manufacturing defects, including weaknesses in the metal, stones that fall out, or clasps that do not function as they should.

Repair or replacement: If your jewelry can be repaired, we will do so at no cost. If repair is not possible, we will replace the jewelry with an identical product. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a gift card of equivalent value.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Normal wear and tear: Scratches, bent rings, worn gold plating or broken chains resulting from normal use.

Loss or accidents: Lost jewelry or damage resulting from accidents.

Misuse or storage: Damage caused by incorrect storage or use.

Third-party alterations: Any modifications or repairs carried out by a third party not authorized by Loulouis will void the warranty.

How to make a warranty claim?

If you experience a problem with your jewelry within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will then guide you through the process of returning the jewelry to us so that we can repair or replace it as needed.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the jewelry. If that is not possible, we will offer you a gift card equivalent to the value of the original purchase. We do not issue refunds for warranty claims.

So that we can continue to improve, we require that all defective jewelry be returned to us for inspection and quality control.

Please note that this warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law.
