CLEANING AND STORAGE
1. To prevent scratches and tarnishing, store your jewelry separately in an airtight bag or in the original box when not wearing them.

2. Remove jewelry when bathing, washing your hands, or exercising. This will also help preserve the gold plating for longer.

3. To restore and preserve the jewelry's natural shine, it is recommended to use a soft, dry cloth made of 100% cotton for gentle polishing. Avoid using chemical polishing agents.

- Repair or replacement if your jewelry can be repaired. If not, we will replace it with an identical product or offer a gift card of equivalent value.

What is not covered?
- Normal wear and tear, loss or accidents, improper storage, or third-party repairs.
