How to request a return

1. Send an email to support@loulouis.no with your order number, pictures of the item and why you want to return the item.
2. Wait for confirmation from us.
3. If the return is approved, you pack the item unused in the original packaging, stick the return label on the package and deliver it to your nearest post office.

We hope that this makes returning the item as easy and hassle-free as possible for you!

www.loulouis.no offers a 30-day right of return from the day you receive the package. If you do not wish to keep the package, it must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging within the 30-day period. Please note that the return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Note Please note that your LOULOUIS FRIENDS points will be removed from items returned.
